Cheryl: My NuSmile story... So I admittedly hadn't been taking as good care of my teeth as I used to. Then I was diagnosed with a rare and currently incurable form of cancer a few years ago and had emergency surgery to save my life during the COVID-19 epidemic that had everything in lockdown mode. (Thankfully I'm doing well now though!). So unfortunately my teeth were my least concern at that time and I sadly grossly neglected them even further. Let me say that from the moment I walked in the door, the genuine friendliness and encouragement from literally EVERYONE (including Dr. Thompson) who I interacted with was such a comfort. Especially since I was already a nervous wreck knowing how bad my mouth was. They were kind and encouraging as they assured me that I would be proud to smile again!!! They were right!!! My family was amazed by the results and I get constant compliments from customers at work! I was so impressed by the genuine interactions when I went in, I didn't bother to look anywhere else!!!
